you reach the department's automated phone system, please select "Retaliation
by Employers" option.
Please Note: REDA is a North Carolina
state statute that does not protect all types of employment discrimination.

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission (EEOC).

enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The
EEOC also enforces sex-based wage discrimination, the Americans with
Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Civil Rights Act. You

Discrimination related to some wage and hour issues and the Family
Medical Leave Act is enforced by the USDOL. You may contact
