questions about REDA or wish to file a REDA complaint, you may call the
Employment Discrimination Bureau at 1-800-NC-LABOR (625-2267) if you are
within North Carolina or (919) 807-2823 for Raleigh-area callers. When
you reach the department's automated phone system, please select "Retaliation
by Employers" option.
Please Note: REDA is a North Carolina
state statute that does not protect all types of employment discrimination.

of employment discrimination.

U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission (EEOC).

enforced by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The
EEOC also enforces sex-based wage discrimination, the Americans with
Disabilities Act, the Equal Pay Act, and the Civil Rights Act. You

U.S. Department of Labor (USDOL).
Discrimination related to some wage and hour issues and the Family
Medical Leave Act is enforced by the USDOL. You may contact
