Team REDA The eight discrimination investigators work as a team in monitoring, analyzing and revising the investigative and administrative functions of the bureau with the focus of providing superior service. A bureau strategic plan that tracks and analyzes individual as well as team performance is monitored on a continuous basis. Team members also monitor the bureau’s budget and make decisions on non-wage expenditures in addition to the myriad non- investigative administrative functions necessary to manage and operate effectively.
