NC Department of Labor Poster Online Order Form

The latest version of the Wage and Hour poster is 2009. The latest version of the OSH poster is 2011 due to a minor change in the workers' compensation section which is not handled by NCDOL. Businesses with the 2009 version do not need to order new posters.

Please use this form to order your FREE N.C. Department of Labor Notice to Employees labor law posters. There are two parts: one covering wage and hour and employment discrimination and one covering occupational safety and health. Both parts are required to be posted in all North Carolina workplaces in one single location on your premises where all employees have access to it. The posters are in English, with Spanish on the reverse side. All fields are required for submission.
